  • By signing this contract, I, {name} agree to the following terms:

    1. I agree to reserve and rent the gown and accessories as follows:

    Gown/Cape description: {gownChoice}

    Agreed upon dates: {date} through {endDate}

    2. I understand that the rental period is for (7) days, excluding shipping/return shipping time. I am responsible for shipping the rented garments back to Eleanor Cundall on the 7th day. I will provide a tracking number to berriesofblue@gmail.com or Instagram DM the day the garment is returned.

    3. Rental fees are $100.00 for 7 days. Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $40.00. I agree to Venmo (@berriesofblue) $135.00 for gown rental and shipping/handling. (Rental and shipping fees waived for photographers, but photographers pay for return shipping)

    4. I understand that the reservation of the garment is not guaranteed until acknowledgement of received payment.

    5. I understand these garments are to only be worn for photoshoots or indoor events only as to limit the amount of wear and tear.

    6. Rented garment will be returned in the same condition it was rented. Any rips, tears, excessive stretching or damage to the gown, cape or headpiece is my responsibility. I will pay the cost of repairs as assessed by the owner of the garment. Should the damage be so severe that the garment cannot be cleaned or repaired to its original state, I bind myself to pay the full cost of materials only for the gown of $250.00.

    7. I bind myself to take good care of the garment as follows:

    a. I WILL shower before wearing the garment

    b. I WILL wear anti-persperant/deodorant with the garment

    c. I WILL keep gown and cape on hanger in its garment bag when not in use

    d. I WILL NOT wear the garment under water (ends of the cape in water is ok)

    e. I WILL NOT wear the garment to a Renaissance Festival, Faire or costume party where gown may get damaged

    f. I WILL NOT wear the garment near an open flame as synthetic fabric is prone to melting or catching fire and could result in burns

    8. I understand that this contract is legal and binding and I accept all terms and conditions of this agreement.
